What is the policy on returns?

Following our simple set of rules and requirements, refunds will be accepted within 21 days from the date of you receiving your order.

Please kindly take note and ensure that you follow and meet the basic criteria listed below when returning items:

  • Items must not have been used or washed.
  • Hygiene sticker seal and swing tags must not have been removed or tampered with in any way.

SPECIAL NOTES

Further to the criteria mentioned above - Items must be in original condition otherwise we simply cannot accept them.

  • We require the complete set to be returned - (BOTH) top and bottom pieces.
  • You will be responsible for the cost and items being sent back to us; it is recommended that a secure registered postal service is used so the item can be tracked.
  • Refunds are processed for the item value only, (original shipping costs cannot be refunded).

What is the process if I need to return any items?

When you receive your order you will find enclosed a booklet that lists 3 simple instruction steps (all information on where to send items and steps to follow will be provided by these instructions). Provided the rules and requirements criteria is met in our return policy, returns are processed once we have received them.
